GICLEE PRINTS

Philip S. Steel is offering special limited edition giclee prints. The giclee, a French term meaning "spray of ink," has revolutionized fine art prints. The giclee renders deep saturated colors and retains the minute detail, subtle tints, blends and nuances of the original. Philip uses archival watercolor paper or canvas for his giclee prints. All Philip S. Steel's giclee prints are numbered and signed by the artist.

Each Giclee print is presented on a foamboard support with it's own certificate of authenticity, numbered and signed by the artist. The foamboard is wrapped in shrink-wrap to further protect the print. The foamboard however is only provided to protect the print during shipping and is not recommended for permanent mounting because it is not acid free. It makes a fine presentation for a gift however. We will also giftwrap your Giclee at your request.
